PAYMENT
A Working Theory ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday, ViaBill & MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Anyday
When paying with Anyday, we charge the first payment when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of the next three months. This installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes, including newsletter discount codes and other forms of discount codes, do not apply to already discounted items, unless otherwise specifically stated. If a technical error or similar results in a discount code being applied to a product that is already discounted, we reserve the right to charge the correct amount for the discount that should not have been deducted.
In these cases, we will always contact the customer to point out the error and provide the opportunity to pay the correct amount. If this is not accepted, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
DELIVERY
A Working Theory ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 3 PM the same day, orders placed thereafter will be sent the next business day.
'We ship to all of Denmark. We offer free delivery to parcel shops throughout Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering or to the specified parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed.'
Shipping options with GLS:
GLS Pakkeshop (0 KR.): Delivery to a parcel shop, Monday-Saturday
GLS Business (29 DKK): Delivery to a business address, weekdays
GLS Private (39 KR): Delivery to a private address, Monday-Saturday
'We ship to selected EU countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, and Luxembourg. For shipping to EU countries, see the section: Delivery to EU countries.'
NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup location, your package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, which you will be notified about. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days after A Working Theory has approved your order. Longer delivery times can be expected during busy periods such as sales and Christmas. A Working Theory cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS. In the case of severely delayed items, or missed deliveries, we will of course send you a new item if in stock.
When ordering both in-stock items and items marked as a pre-order/backorder, we reserve the right to ship the order together when the backordered items are in stock. We reserve the right for printing errors and inventory management errors.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched. Then you still have 14 days to cancel your order. See the section below regarding the right of withdrawal and return.
EXCHANGE
We offer free exchanges in Denmark if you want a different size or model. You can use the enclosed return label at no extra cost to send the products back to us. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will send the new products to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service at kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk. We offer a 14-day exchange policy on items purchased in our webshop, valid from the day you receive the order.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at aworkingtheory.dk, you are welcome to return the item to us. It is a requirement that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, that it is not damaged or has been washed. There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Please note that if you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, the cancellation period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.
You must cover the return costs yourself.
"Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be sent by email to kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please state in the email why you wish to return your item - use one of the following return codes:"

Note: We do NOT accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent without delivery. That is, we do not accept packages sent to parcel shops.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of item delivery. Remember to get a receipt for the submission of the package.
You can also use the attached return label. If you use the attached return label, 46 kr. will be deducted from your refund.
"You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the goods, without simultaneously giving clear notice thereof."
NOTE! It is not possible to pick up or deliver packages directly at our address unless this has been agreed upon in advance.
REFUND PAYMENT:
It takes 4-7 business days from when we receive the package to when we refund the amount to the payment card used. However, there may be longer waiting times around Christmas, sales, and holidays.
DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES:
We ship to selected EU countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, and Luxembourg. Your goods are shipped with GLS.
If you place your order before 3 PM on a weekday, we strive to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next weekday.
Delivery time: Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping options with GLS:
GLS Pakkeshop (6.95 EUR): Delivery to a parcel shop, Monday-Saturday
GLS Business (6.95 EUR): Delivery to a business address, weekdays
GLS Private (6.95 EUR): Delivery to a private address, Monday-Saturday
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:
"There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials, manufacturing, as well as if the product has been damaged during transport to you. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product."
For complaints, you can contact us directly by email. kunderservice@aworkingtheory.dk. You are asked to elaborate on what the problem is with the item in question. If the complaint is accepted by us, we will refund the entire purchase price and all transportation costs.
You must notify within "a reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

"For any disputes regarding aworkingtheory.dk, its agreements or purchases made through it, Danish law applies and shall be handled by a Danish court unless otherwise determined by mandatory law."

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
"We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to deliver the goods to you."
The personal data is registered with aworkingtheory.dk and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
